High Holy Days 5784 - 2023

Experience the High Holy Days like never before at Chabad of Epping! Prepare for a truly beautiful and uplifting journey, filled with moments of spiritual connection, warmth, and joy.

Immerse Yourself in Meaningful Services:
Join us at Chabad of Epping for an unforgettable High Holy Days experience. Our services are not only spiritually enriching but also infused with a touch of informality that makes everyone feel welcome. You'll be part of a warm and embracing community with lots of like-minded people.

Expansive Location:
For the most cherished services, such as the 1st Day of Rosh Hashanah and the Family Experience event on the 2nd Day, we've secured the Epping Hall on St John’s Rd CM16 5JU. This exceptional venue ensures your comfort in a spacious environment, allowing you & your family to fully enjoy the festivities, and even to consider inviting your friends along!

Elevate Your Rosh Hashanah:
Whether you regularly celebrate Rosh Hashanah, or if you haven’t done so for many years, this is one you want to be at. On Saturday the 16th, the 1st day of Rosh Hashanah, immerse yourself in an inspiring service led by Chazzan Shalom. The familiar melodies and spirited dancing, combined with Rabbi Yossi’s thought-provoking sermon and a delightful kiddush where you will connect with old and new friends alike, will leave you on a high. You will leave happy, refreshed and rejuvenated for an amazing new year.

Engaging Experiences for Everyone:
Our High Holy Days offerings extend to every age group. Children will delight in the upstairs children’s program starting at 11 am, complete with snacks, a mini-service, singing, and plenty of playful moments. Teens are invited to join a thought-provoking discussion around 10:30 am.

A Gathering for All Generations:
Sunday afternoon, join us at the Epping Hall for the annual Rosh Hashanah Family Experience. Kids will revel in games, activities, and treats, while adults engage in insightful discussions. Feel the resonance of authentic Shofar blasts and the sweetness of apples dipped in honey—a perfect Sunday afternoon for the whole family.

An Open Invitation:
At Chabad, everyone is family. We welcome all, regardless of membership, affiliation, or denomination. Share this transformative opportunity with friends and family, and be the reason for their gratitude.

Generosity in Action:
Chabad's local events are made possible by individuals like you, who generously contribute to our community. Kindly consider making a voluntary donation when you RSVP. For further sponsorship and dedication possibilities, connect with Rabbi Yossi at 07496 504345 or rabbi@jewishepping.com.
